WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES?

We are open 365 days a year, from 11am to 7pm. Please check here for Last Entry times.

However, we can accommodate team building events outside of these hours. Please speak to our team about exclusive bookings here.

ARE THERE REQUIREMENTS FOR AGE, WEIGHT AND HEIGHT?

There is no age limit for any of our attractions, but there are height & weight requirements:

 

The following are the restrictions for each activity:

MegaZip: Minimum height: 90cm, Weight: 30-140kg
*For a child below 30kg but above 90cm, he/she can go in tandem with another person on the MegaZip.

MegaClimb : Minimum height: 120cm Weight: 25kg-120kg

MegaJump: Weight: 30-120kg

MegaBounce: Weight: 10-90kg
*All guests are required to wear socks. Socks can be purchased at our counter.

 

*Please note that all guests must be able to fit into our harnesses to participate in our activities.

IF MY CHILD IS UNDER 30KGS, CAN THEY GO TANDEM ON THE MEGAZIP

Yes it is possible to go tandem on the MegaZip. If a child is over 90cm, but under 30kg, the child can go in tandem with another child, or an adult (as long as the combined weight does not exceed 140kg).

 

If you are going tandem, each person needs their own ticket. A tandem ticket can be bought for $40, instead of the usual price of $55. However, tandem tickets can only be purchased directly at the Mega Adventure counter.

IF I AM PREGNANT, CAN I DO ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES?

For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed on any of activities. However, you can sit down at the benches to watch your friends/family doing the activities.

IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION OR I AM UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF MEDICATION/ALCOHOL/DRUGS, CAN I DO ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES?

For safety reasons, if you have a medical condition, or are under the influence of medication/alcohol/drugs, you will not be allowed to do the activities.

CAN I TRY EACH ATTRACTION MORE THAN ONCE?

Each ticket allows you to try the attraction once – apart from MegaClimb. For MegaClimb, you are allowed to choose 2 levels per ticket. If you would like to try attractions more than once, then you will need to purchase repeat ride at the counter – at a heavily discounted rate.

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY BOOKING?

If you have purchased a ticket online, then your confirmation email is all you need. Please bring that along (on your phone or printed) and show it at our ticketing counters to collect your tickets. Please note that the ticket is valid only on the selected date. For more info, please contact our team.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY OFFER FROM THE ENTERTAINER APP?

For The Entertainer offers, no bookings required. Simply arrive at our counter on the day and time you wish to do the activities, within the validity period, and our counter staff will input the code in your app. Payment to be made directly at our counter.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER?
We will still operate in the rain. Where weather means we are unable to operate, we will issue you vouchers to come back another day. As a general rule, we only close temporarily during an electrical storm.
CAN WE GET A REFUND IF WE CAN’T COMPLETE OUR ACTIVITIES?

We have a strict no refund policy. However, if you book a ticket online and purchase our “Flexible Date and Wet Weather Insurance”, then you are entitled to a refund if you are unable to do your activities. This insurance also allows you to change the date of your booking at no additional cost. Please note the “Flexible Date and Wet Weather Insurance” will not be refunded as it will be used to process the refund.

 

If Flexible Date and Wet Weather Insurance is not purchased then there will be no refunds available. Please note that Mega Adventure still operates in heavy rain, and only has to temporarily close during lightning storms in the immediate vicinity. You will also be charged an admin fee for changing the date of your booking if this insurance is not purchased in advance.

DO YOU PROVIDE LOCKERS?

We do have lockers available for rent starting from $5 depending on the size and amount of bags you have. Our largest locker ($10/locker) is big enough for a standard hand-carry luggage. For bigger items that cannot fit into the lockers, not to worry – We have a designated space where our staff can keep a watchful eye on them so you can enjoy your adventure with ease!

WHAT SORT OF CLOTHING/FOOTWEAR DO I NEED TO WEAR?

Sports attire and trainers are highly recommended (no slippers). Skirts and dresses are not recommended. Lockers are provided and water dispensers are available as well.

HOW LONG WILL EACH ACTIVITY TAKE?

Timing will depend on the time and date that you come to the park, and what attractions you choose to do. Please speak to our staff for more information. As a general rule, doing only the MegaZip will take around 20-30 minutes. 2 levels of MegaClimb will take around 30-60 minutes. MegaJump and MegaBounce lasts 5 minutes per ride.

CAN YOU PROVIDE US WITH A FOOD OPTION? IF SO, WHAT?

We have our own kiosk on the beach where you can get some of your favourite snacks. If you’re looking for something more substantial, then look no further than our partners next door on Siloso Beach, including: Trapizza, AJ Hackett, and Wavehouse Sentosa

CAN WE GET PHOTOS OF OUR MEGA ADVENTURE?

Yes! We provide a photographer who will snap your action shots as you set off on the MegaZip! These are available for purchase at the bottom of the MegaZip on Siloso Beach! Alternatively, why not buy a phone pouch and take your own photos and videos of your time with us? Don’t forget to tag us at #MyMegaAdventure!

WHERE CAN I REDEEM THE CODES FOR THE PHOTOS THAT I PURCHASED?

Kindly refer to your Picture Air receipt, look for the Code at the bottom part. Please enter this code in https://www.pictureair.com/ to redeem your soft copy photo. If you lost your receipt, you can email support@pictureair.com and attached the photo image which is print out.

I PURCHASED A THUMBDRIVE WITH PHOTOS OF OUR MEGAZIP EXPERIENCE BUT THE PHOTOS ARE MISSING. WHAT DO I DO?

We apologise for this issue. It could be a malfunction of the thumbdrive.

Please email retail@megaadventure.com if you encounter an issue with your photos. Please include these details in your email: Date and time of visit, reference photo of yourself (so we can search in our system), and your photo receipt.

HOW DO YOU ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE THAT ARE SCARED OF HEIGHTS?

All of our activities are challenge by choice. We highly encourage adventurers to try the activities at a level that they deem comfortable. In the event that they are unable to participate, there are plenty of places where they are able to support their teammates or even act as the all important cheerleader! In all of our team building programs, there are elements which are not physically challenging and are played on the ground.

ARE YOUR ACTIVITIES TOO ADVENTUROUS/PHYSICAL FOR OLDER / LESS FIT PEOPLE?

We have 4 attractions, and they are suitable for adventurers of all ages and fitness levels. In general, if someone is independent and confident then they can do any of the activities. For someone who needs something a little easier or needs to be supported, we can accommodate them on the easier attractions. If you have any doubts, speak to us and we can make a recommendation based on your needs.
