TERMS & CONDITIONS

We, Flying Dragon Adventures Pte Ltd, Climbmax Pte Ltd, Mega Adventure Explore Pte Ltd and our related bodies corporate (hereinafter collectively known as “Mega Adventure”), own and operate the following Singapore-based leisure attractions:

This document contains the terms and conditions governing your use of this website, any order or purchase of a product, ticket or booking made through our website or in person at our venues and you participating at our venues. By using this website, visiting our venue and/or participating in one of our activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

TICKETS

  • Tickets can only be purchased through this website using a valid credit card. Payment is taken from the card upon submission of the booking, and bookings are not confirmed until payment is completed. Bookings made via our website using a credit card require payment in full at time of booking.

  • Mega Adventure operates a no-refunds policy for all cancellations and non-attendances.

  • Tickets are strictly not date extendable.

  • Activities and partial activities are not transferable to someone else.

  • All activities must be completed on the same day. Activities cannot be split across different days.

  • Only tickets bought with a valid “Flexible Date and Wet Weather Insurance” from Mega Adventure’s website are entitled to a change in date or a refund. Please note the “Flexible Date and Wet Weather Insurance” will not be refunded as it will be used to process the refund.

  • After completing your purchase you will gain access to an online page confirming your order. You will also receive an email including your invoice and your order confirmation. Please present your order confirmation and present at our counter to redeem for your tickets.

  • The order confirmation must be  presented to the Mega Adventure ticketing counter.

  • Tickets, vouchers and passes must be original, display an expiry date and be presented prior to that date, Photo ID and matching signatures are required on request. Fraudulent use will be referred to police.

  • Ticket prices are inclusive of GST

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR F&B VOUCHER: $10 voucher to be used in Trapizza or AJ Hackett restaurant. 1 voucher per group booking. Minimum spending of $35 in AJ Hackett, or $50 in Trapizza. Valid on day of purchase. Not valid with other offers, discounts or privileges. 

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY

In the event a patron is unable to complete their purchased activity due to inclement weather Mega Adventure will offer a return voucher in which enables the patron to return later that day or another day within 3 months of the original purchase.

The return voucher is to be redeemed by the patron at the Mega Adventure ticketing counter. Mega Adventure will exchange the return voucher for an activity wrist band.

REFUND POLICY

Mega Adventure conducts a ‘No Refund’ policy executed at the discretion of Park Management.

Only tickets bought with a valid “Flexible Date and Wet Weather Insurance” from Mega Adventure’s website are entitled to a change in date or a refund, with valid reason. Please note the “Flexible Date and Wet Weather Insurance” will not be refunded as it will be used to process the refund.

Tickets purchased through 3rd Party vendors will be subjected to their T&Cs and patrons are required to contact the 3rd Party Vendor.

 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • Please note that all guests must be able to fit into our harnesses to participate in our activities.

  • Admission price includes access to the venue, use of the attractions and excludes food, merchandise, photo and video, express pass, jungle rides, repeats for all activities.

  • The operation of some attractions may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity.

  • Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to enter the venue unaccompanied and must be accompanied by a person 16 years of age or older.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests from venues for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, queue line jumping, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to inspect bags at any time for security purposes.

  • When you arrive at the venue you will be required to sign a release and waiver prior to undertaking any of the activities. The Terms of the release and waiver are available here.

  • You also agree to our Privacy Policy, including the terms regarding the use of your image and likeness.

  • Design, logos and systems of Mega Adventure are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You must not infringe those rights.

 

PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES

  • For your safety and comfort there are height, weight and age restrictions on some of our attractions. The specific details are available on our website under the specific activity.

  • Please note that all guests must be able to fit into our harnesses to participate in our activities.

  • Pregnant women, and those with casts or pre-existing health issues should not participate. Further specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the park via signage announcements and or staff communication, you must obey these

  • Participants must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. You should seek medical advice if uncertain.

  • Further specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the venues via signage announcements and or staff communication, you must obey these.

  • We recommend that appropriate footwear be worn within the venues.

  • Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times.

  • There are inherent risks in the participation in our activities and attractions. You, by your participation, accept the inherent risks of which a prudent person is or should be aware. You should consider this participation an exercise in good judgement and act in a responsible manner while using the facility and in accordance with all guidelines and safety instructions

  • Adults / carers are responsible for persons under their supervision.

  • You must not participate in or on any activity or attraction, when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • You must act with good judgement and consideration, both for yourself and others, and refrain from behaviour which could affect your safety, the safety of others, the safety of the amusement ride, water slide, device, attraction, or the safety of the animals.

  • You must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings, given by Mega Adventure or its venue staff.

  • You must use, as instructed, all safety equipment provided when participating in any attraction or activity.

  • You are responsible for your own personal property.

 

Mega Adventure takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable experience at the venues.

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY (IN SINGAPORE)

Any representation, warranty, condition or undertaking that would be implied in these Terms and Conditions by legislation, common law, equity, trade, custom or usage is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or remedy which may be conferred by the Unfair Contract Terms Act or the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for a breach of a non-excludable condition or warranty is limited, at our option, to:

  • in the case of goods, any one or more of the following:

  • the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;

  • the repair of the goods;

  • the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or

  • the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or

  • the supplying of the services again; or

  • the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

We recommend that you consult us if you have the following**:

  • Recent Sprains or Muscular Injuries

  • Back Pain or Chronic Back Pain and conditions

  • Panic/Anxiety Attacks

  • High Or Low Blood Pressure

  • Bone Disorders

  • Fragile Skin

  • Dislocations

  • Diabetes

  • Epilepsy, especially PSE

  • Prosthetics- includes Cosmetic Implants

  • Neurological Disorders

  • Disabled

  • Physical impairment

 

**  Please note this does not necessarily exclude a person from doing our activities. However, Mega Adventure reserves the right to deny you access to the Activities in the event that you suffer from the above conditions.

It is important for all customers to declare any of the above medical conditions when they check in.

Mega Adventure reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
